Will be moving to Salem ny next July and wanting to locate a gunsmith who knows his stuff along with anyone who knows how to build a good rifle. Looking specifically for guys or gals that are very familiar with military actions and using them for builds

Moving to Salem Wisconsin? If so lookup Boots Obermeyer as he lives near that town, he no longer does smithing himself but he is Extremely knowledgeable and will point you to the right guy.
