I did run into one little issue when I built my NYS compliant AR15 the last round hold open was not working. I looked a little more and saw the follower was not traveling all the way evenly.
So I popped it out and heres what I found
As you can see the back of the follower is hanging up on the mag body. it should look like this.
Looks like this mold line is causing the issue.
So I popped the the mag apart to look into the problem.
It was a quick and easy fix I reshaped the back of the follower with a jewlers file by taking all the mold lines off the back and reassemblied the mag and put it back in the rifle now the last round hold open work. Hope this help someone out if they are haven issues with their P Mag.
Magpul mags are usually pretty dependable. In fact, IIRC, at one point on another site, we collected $$$ and bought a box of Magpul 9mm Magazines and sent them to the sandbox for a member's son's squad because the fine sand was tieing up the followers in their US Gov't issued mags. RD

I have a PMag for my 260 that is an ACIS mag, it doesnt want to sit in the mag well tight enough or even sometimes high enough for the bolt to always catch a round. In my custom AR15 20practical, I have issues with feeding as well. For the AR I just switched back to metal mags, for the 260 I have to hold the bottom of the mag up to be sure to grab a round with the bolt.
