I am new to all of this magazine stuff for AR's
Thanks RobertMT that should do the trick.

I looked up the magazine I was using that a buddy gave me It is an Adventure Line and I do not think I will cut it.

Then researching I found out it is aluminum.
Thought it was thin steel.
Not going to turn out well cutting and bending aluminum.
But I could anneal it and it would bend without breaking.

But not going there.
Deer season rolls around I thought I could take a 10 round magazine and add 2 pop rivets to the sides to keep the follower from going down too far.. I like the cut out picture thanks for that.

You would be better off, adding internal block to ten rd or cutting follower shorter on five rd mag, pop rivets aren't going to allow smooth fit in mag well.

I was thinking the rivets may be lower than the mag well.
If not maybe I could put them in a rib.

First thing I need to do is get one in my hands.
