You may be looking in the wrong place for ranges. Most IHMSA ranges shoot Cowboy Silhouette since the big bore handgun silhouette match lends itself to the general classifications and rules for Cowboy Silhouette, which are loose but effective. Rimmed cases, run what you brung, cast only for rimless cases, open sights as made and scoped or "any other sight," stick what you want on the gun. Our local club started shooting the rifles mixed in, 20-30 years ago. They may shoot the Cowboy Silhouette at Pensacola, should, in that the club moved from Hurlburt (FWB) to P'cola. Check on IHMSA.org for club listings and match dates, call the match director to see if they shoot the rifles in the match. http://www.ihmsa.org/
