This is one of those that might be considered a specialized loading manual due to the type of bullets and brass that they manufacture. They aren't really cost effective for a paper puncher like me.
The manual is a very nicely down one with full color photo's of the bullets in each calibers load data sections.
They have a section on their quality control and inspections. The section have short write ups by people that use the bullets for their intended game. They have a nice section on the explanations with color cut a ways of each type bullet and one of their brass.
Having the basic info, safety and the rest of the steps in prep along with step-by-step reloading and tips on bullet seating.
A section on bullet stability, then on Rifle data and hand gun data.
One of the things that I didn't see in the others is an Appendix of Classic Cartridge loading data, with like in the other data sections full color cut-a way of the bullets, and the SAMMI dimensions of the cartridge. 70 or 80 pages worth of data.
It finishes up with a chapter on rifle drop tables, energy tables and a glossary.
Now I have said that I'm a new reloader, and only doing two calibers for paper punching, so this may be over kill for me. But it did have some very interesting reading. and this one would be useful for a lot of theis forums membership.

Couple things, I've noticed about Nosler manuals. While they're conservative with their data, they're optimistic with their velocity numbers. I normally compare it to Hodgdon's data, to come up with my starting load. I shoot mainly Nosler blems, from Shooters Pro Shop. I've never been able to see difference in performance, to 1st run.
