The old INDEPENDENT AMERICAN ONLINE MAGAZINE and print version LMI are available on CD from http://www.Northwoodstraders.ecrater.com for only $10. This is a great deal and the info is actually useful/usable, having been done by people who actually "went and done", not armchair BS.

Just so you don't think I forgot you, I have (had?) a copy of the CD, but of course I can't find it (loaned out?) so ordered another (for $10 it is definately worth it!) and it hasn't come yet. When it comes, look for a LMI REVIEW post.
