Welcome to HandloadersBench.com. You will receive a activation email with a link in it to activate your account. If you don't receive the email check your spam or junk folders. Email servers look at our email as spam. Our mission here is to provide a place for those interested in the hobby of Reloading Ammunition. We offer a series of forums where they can ask questions, share answers, and highlight successes & failures so that others can learn. If you join our site please be aware that front porch rules apply. If you wouldn't say it on your front porch with grandma, your pastor and your 12 year old niece present it doesn't belong here. The Golden Rule applies. If you can live within those guidelines, Welcome Aboard!
Spammers, trolls, and flamers will not last long here, your time would be better spent looking for a board where those traits are acceptable. HB Administration
Due to an increase in spammers all new members start out as probationary members. You will only be able to start a welcome post in the welcome new members forum. You can reply to all other posts. Once you have reached 5 posts you will be a full member and can start topics. We apologize for the inconvenience but spammers are becoming a real problem.
Edit to add: These must be meaningful posts! Hello, right on, me too, etc. posts will be ignored as to post count. As will welcoming other new members when you aren't even a member yourself yet. If you can't take the time to elaborate and participate you probably don't belong here.

hello people , i'm locking this thread as it really wasnt made for side discussion but as a informative blurb so to speak ...erm read :P , for the new guys with the probationary status , you can comment on other blogs as well as make your own hello thread in this forum , it honestly doesnt take long to get past the probationary status ( a few comments does it ) but even then there are many threads here , mostly we're not to anal about straying off topic a little bit but lil informative threads like this can sadly get lost among many comments , there's also a help/tech forum just a couple below this one and if you have questions about how the site works or problems etc scanning thru it mite save you some time , all that aside thanks for joining us here on the bench !

Here's a quick primer on what all of the member titles mean.
Probationary- You are standing on the porch but we don't know if we want you in the house yet. If you make 5 meaning full posts we might ask you in. If your 5 posts aren't participatory we might not let you in. "Looks nice", "me too", "welcome, I'm new here too", might not be considered participatory.
Junior Member- We've invited you in for a cup of coffee but we aren't going to show you just how many guns we have in the house yet. 25 posts will have us considering if we are going to give you a piece of pie with coffee or, if you are a really stand up guy, we'll even have you over for Thanksgiving dinner.
Full Member- Come on in. We trust you to sell us some spare reloading stuff and purchase from us. We'll even let you talk politics as long as it's done respectfully.
Senior Member- 1000 posts cracks that nut.
Master Handloader- Voted on by admins and board founders. These guys have the respect of everyone on here and have enough experience and skill to back up the name.
Honored Family in Memoriam- Members who have passed away. A place to honor them and acknowledge their contributions.
Forum Benefactors- Those who have made significant donations of $$ or products for auctions to support the operating costs of the board.
Moderators- Monitor the site looking for; loads over MAX, members violating our simple expectations for participation here, topics posted in the wrong forums etc. Good guys looking out for everyone's interests.
Super Moderators- see above with a few more permissions.
Administrators- The guys who do a lot of the work in the background. Promoting Members, correcting errors, building new forums, fixing problems, fighting spammers/hackers/and other low life scum.
Board Founders- Have been here since day one. Most have put their own $$$ into this place some where along the line. They drive the policies and governance of the board.
Clear as mud? RD
