Wrap a chunk of back strap with a slice of bacon. Run a tooth pick through. Season both sides with your favorite seasoning and rub into the steak. Grill for 5 mins on each side on the high heat to sear in flavor. In bowl mix stick of butter tqble spoon or oregano tablespoon of garlic and a few dashes of parsley. Put glob of butter mix on each steak and allow to melt in. And serve!
My quick recipe is to take 2 heaping tablespoons of Krustee's whole wheat pancake mix, 1 heaping tablespoon of Pappy's Cajun seasoning in a zip lock plastic bag and shake coat venison steaks. Then simply fry in olive oil rare to medium. Quick and easy.
