that last pic has now inspired me if I can find a broken down 'toon for free.

use some gluvit and reset rivets.... though I'm going to use a resin picnic table, you don't want it to rot easily.

oh damn, nevermind, I'd have to register it as a watercraft.

all you need here is home made, length, and color.
as long as you pay you could register the umbrella.
funny thing is you register both the trailer and the boat.
the boat yearly for like 40 bucks, and the trailer for 3-6-12 years for like 24 bucks for the 12.
