Try the 16.0 gr./2400 load first then slowly work up if necessary.

Personally I run 25.0 gr. of H4895 and that same bullet in the .308 Win. and 30-06. The .308 is good for 1.5MOA at 200 yards if it's not too windy and the 06 will topple a 300 meter pig silhouette if the bullet strikes in the top 25 percent of the pig. Recoil is very mild. I'm saving what little 2400 I have on hand for my .357 and .44 mags as 2400 seems to have gone extinct around here, :pissed:
