I'd like to upload pictures but I keep getting an error message file too big. Is there something I can do ?:confused:

Yep, use an editing program and reduce the pictures to about 100 K.
Paint.net is free and does well.

You can go online and get a picture resizing tool. I use this one. http://www.picresize.com/

I follow the directions, resize, and save back to my computer under a different name so I still have my original photo too.

Resizing software may give you sizing options in different formats. Size needed for posting here is 350,000 Bytes, or 340KB, or .330MB. RD

The size LIMIT is 350k. For most purposes 75k does just fine. No use wasting bandwidth.

If you're using an Apple computer I highly recommend Imagewell. It is not free, but is cheap (<$5?), and worth every penny.

Most smart phones have an option in the camera app somewhere to choose the size of the pic when you send it. My iPhone is fine with 'medium'. 'Large' is about 1 megabyte which is too big.

There are also photo apps available to edit pics in your phone.
