Today I attended the last Cowboy Action Shoot of the season at the Oconomowoc Sportsman Association. 5 stages and only two misses; not bad for having not competing for over 7 years.

Dave, Great shooting! Sounds like a fun time. Perhaps I need to go and watch a full match in person some time, having never done so. When do they start in the spring?

And, to those wondering, Oconomowoc is pronounced "O con O ma wock". Another pastime there is making fun of out of staters who can't pronounce the name. RD

Rockydog, You already have a great alias. April will be the first shoot. Hope to see you there.

Good shooting! There's a club near me that has Cowboy Action Shooting. It's on the list of things I'd love to try out. But, this past Friday, at the Steel Challenge match, I was introduced to their new division known as Pistol Caliber Carbine. I wish my wallet was as big as my idea list lol
