Most people today think it improper to discipline children, so I have tried other methods to control my kids when they have had one of 'those moments.'

Since I'm a pilot, one method that I have found very effective is for me to just take the child for a short flight during which I say nothing and give the child the opportunity to reflect on his or her behavior.

I don't know whether it's the steady vibration from the engines, or just the time away from any distractions such as TV, video games, computer, iPod, etc.

Either way, my kids usually calm down and stop misbehaving after our flight together. I believe that eye to eye contact during these sessions is an important element in achieving the desired results.

I've included a photo below of one of my sessions with my son, in case you would like to use the technique…

I've seen this before with the little Darling being shown the error of his ways stretched out on the hood of an automobile. I recommend either method for getting the most out of your sessions with your problem child.

That's awesome. I wish I could do one with a SJW wearing a black bandana from one of the airport immigration "protests".

Oh, there are many things indeed I would like to do to that group of paid professional malcontents that we dare not talk about where we can be overheard.

I strongly suspect the method would be reasonably efficacious and produce the desired results in rather short order!

Ending the flight with a power dive followed by a full flap leveling off might be fun.

Had a run in with a psychologist years ago. Mrs. Charley began to have panic attacks when driving, and she/we were referred to a psychologist. Don't think she liked me...or men, for that matter. Conversation turned to children and discipline. Went like this:

Her. So, who disciplines the children?
Both of us: We both do.
Her: Who does more?
Me: I guess I do.
Her: Do you ever use physical punishment?
Both of us: Sometimes.
Her: Who does it?
Me: I do, most of the time.
Her: How often do you spank your children?
Both of us: Not very often.
Her: When is the last time you spanked them?
Me: I honestly don't remember. It doesn't happen very often, they are good kids.
Her: Well that's good, because in my opinion, spanking is the same as hitting.
Me: No, they are two different words, with two different meanings, That's why they are two different words.

It kinda went downhill from there!

I think the Lomcevak would do the trick quite nicely...

If not the child (or SJW) is beyond redemption!
