Hey fellas.I am approached a lot from guys wanting to send packages, support, etc to deployed soldiers in the wars in Astan and Iraq.I have recently become a member of a site and organization that does incredible things for soldiers.
If you are interested in supporting soldiers and want to do something for the troops take a look at thi place and go to the forums area.

The organization discussed above apparently is no longer active. The link that was in this spot as well as links on You Tube etc. listed for the site Military-Space dot org all take you to a Chinese Spam site. Our apologies for any difficulty this caused. The organization listed below is still active. (edited by Rockydog)

http://www.iava.org is an incredible organization that directly helps veterans of the Iraq and Astan war..They are the best thing I have seen happen to Vets in a long, long while and are constantly fighting for  Veterans of these conflicts rights and benefits.

44myway, don't leave because you clicked on a 7 year old link and expected it to work. There is way too much information here, you would be the looser. Sorry it didn't work for you, but man things change in 7 years.

Rocky.

I did not go to the spam site but even your explanation in the edit of the first post confused me because it is followed immediately by

They have quite a few programs and ways to support the Joes overseas. If you do want to do something, let them know you found them through HandloadersBench.com

I recommend you delete this thread and start a new one for the good site. Perhaps even multiple recommended sites.

William, I went back and did a bit more editing to clean it up. If the OP looks at the thread I don't want him wondering what the heck happened to my thread. RD
